Shipping & Policies

 

At Libas-e-Nisha, we strive to provide a seamless and reliable shipping experience for both domestic and international customers.


Shipping Methods

  •  Domestic Orders (within India): Shipped via Delhivery.
  • International Orders: Shipped via DHL Express, FedEx, or Aramex.

As a made-to-order brand, production begins only after your order is confirmed. The standard shipping timeline is approximately 3 weeks.

 

Ready-to-Ship Items:

  • Clearly marked on respective product pages.
  • Processed within 8 business days if ordered alone or with other ready-to-ship items.
  • If ordered with made-to-order pieces, the full order ships as per the standard timeline.

 Note: Sundays and Public Holidays are not considered business days.

 

Shipping Charges

  • Within India: Free shipping on orders above INR 10,000. A flat fee of INR 250 applies to orders below this amount.
  • International Orders: Free shipping on orders above INR 25,000. A flat fee of INR 3,200 applies to smaller orders.

  Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes in their country.

 

Tracking & Address Changes

  Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

  To request an address change, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Delivery Issues

 We rely on third-party courier partners to ensure timely delivery. While we aim to deliver without delay, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.

 If a package is delivered damaged, do not accept it. Take clear photos and contact us immediately to arrange a refund or replacement.

 For returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our warehouse.

 

Order Cancellations

 Cancellations are allowed only within 24 hours of placing an order, as production    begins shortly after confirmation.
