Refund & Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you ordered—but we also ask for your understanding as a small, slow-made brand. Every return impacts our tiny team, so we kindly ask you to shop thoughtfully and follow the guidelines below. 💛
Request Process:
At Libas-e-Nisha, customer satisfaction is our priority. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery if you wish to request a refund or exchange by emailing libasenisha@gmail.com. Refunds and exchanges will be processed only after inspection and claim verification.
Pickups take 7-8 days to reach us. Once received, we will issue a store credit or dispatch a replacement. If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 5-7 working days via the original payment method.
For delayed refunds, check your bank account, then contact your bank or credit card company. If unresolved, reach out to us at libasenisha@gmail.com
Conditions for Refund and Exchange:
Refunds apply only to the product cost, excluding shipping charges. Sale-priced or customized products are not eligible for refunds. Products can be returned or exchanged if they are incorrect, defective, unused, unworn and undamaged.
Exchanges are allowed only for defective, damaged, or size-related issues.
Only one exchange is allowed per order. Subsequent exchanges will be chargeable.

Important Return Guidelines
Keep the product ready with the invoice and tags.
Collect a receiving slip from the pickup agent.
Record a short video of the article while handing it over to avoid disputes.
Production Delays:
Handcrafted and hand-embroidered products may require additional time due to unforeseen circumstances. Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded in such cases.
Order Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placement. Once production begins, cancellations are not possible.
